3. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will notify the user who posted the material of the claim and provide them with the contact information of the complaining party.

4. Counter Notification

If you believe that material you posted has been removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and where it was located before removal.
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrights.
