End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GLOWBAL NETWORK ("Licensor") for the use of our OTT app ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Distribute, sell, or transfer the Software to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Ownership

The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [3RD FLOOR, 86-90 PAUL STREET LONDON ENGLAND EC2A 4NE].
